Experienced Administrator with IT Support Experience

We have a new position in our lively engineering team for an administrator with experience of IT support terminology and technologies. All candidates must be able to show good organisational skills, must be a logical thinker and able to work in a fast paced short dead line environment.
The role will involve making customer appointments, booking delivery of goods, raising support calls and allocating work to engineers.
