We have a new position for an experienced, high calibre IT Support Engineer with a proven track record of supporting a variety of systems. The successful candidate will have proven previous experience of 1st and 2nd line support preferably for an IT service provider and will need a sound knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications. Ideally you will have Microsoft accreditation to MCSE or MCITP standard and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of networking skills. You will need to be able to work within our strong, experienced engineering team and have excellent telephone and customer care skills. Certification in Microsoft, HP, Citrix and Cisco is of major benefit, and you must be able to show an excellent working knowledge of these industry-standard products.
