BusinessCare 1 incorporates remote real time performance monitoring of critical equipment, daily back-up monitoring, virus notifications and a monthly health check.
BusinessCare 2 adds remote issue resolution, the management of software and firmware updates and monthly reporting.
BusinessCare 3 includes all of the above plus helpdesk support, strategic planning services and on-site engineering support.
BusinessCare customers range from those that aim to reduce the overhead of routine tasks for their existing IT team through to complete outsourcing of the IT function.
