We have built an extremely committed team of friendly and very skilled individuals, all who care passionately about the work they do.

Our Fareham based ServiceDesk is equipped with the latest secure remote access technologies and remote management tools all designed to improve time to fix time, minimise business interruption and ensure effective root cause analysis.

Our aim is to achieve a very high level first time fix and therefore we have structured the team accordingly without recourse to “low end” first line support resources.

All of our team undergo extensive technical and customer services training and are backed up by our senior technical team when required.

Our service delivery is underpinned by ITIL processes and all of our team also undertake ITIL training.
