Taylor Made Computer Solutions are an IT service company based in Fareham providing IT and telephony based solutions to businesses within the Solent region. We are regarded as the South Coast’s premier IT company, with over 17 years’ trading and a superb staff retention record.

As recognition of our dedication to our staff, we were awarded 8th place in The Sunday Times Top 100 ‘Best small companies to work for’ in 2008. We were also one of the first companies in the UK to achieve the highly acclaimed Investors in People Gold accreditation, as well as ISO 9001-2000 quality standards. Taylor Made are now Investors in People Champions.

Note to Recruitment Agencies

Taylor Made Computer Solutions have an excellent relationship with two local recruitment companies. Their accounts teams have an in depth understanding of our business and are in close contact with our HR department. It is critical to the success of the Taylor Made business model that we continue to use these partners exclusively due to the nature of our special relationship. We will therefore not accept calls or CVs from other recruitment agencies. Sorry.

It has come to our attention lately that more recruitment companies are contacting our staff directly via social media such as LinkedIn. This, despite our staff having un-ticked the Careers and Job Inquiry preferences. This type of poaching is totally unacceptable and undermines the ethos and the power of LinkedIn. Each incident is typically identified to the board at Taylor Made by our incredibly loyal staff. We then report every incident to LinkedIn so that they are aware of this rogue practice. We will also be naming and shaming such companies to help stamp out this practice in our blog. Suffice to say any such business caught doing this will NEVER do business with Taylor Made and all other businesses we work with will be warned about such recruitment companies to stay clear of.
