1st Line Service Desk Engineer
To remotely support a wide number of our customers via telephone and remote management. Offering excellent and prompt customer service, whilst representing Taylor Made, a Peach Technologies Company in a professional and courteous manner.
You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth through the development of orders from both new and existing customers. To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrable track record of continuous overachievement of objectives and targets.
As Roaming Engineer you will be working with the Taylor Made team to ensure that any service related issues are resolved in line with specific SLA’s and to the customers’ satisfaction.
As a Service Transition Engineer at Taylor Made, you’ll be in one of the most varied roles in the business, getting involved in everything from building servers to carrying out large-scale customer migration projects and plenty in between.
3rd Line Service Desk Engineer
This role includes liaising with customers and third-party support organisations with regards to incident requests and resolutions. You will also need to provide excellent support through call and ticket management.
Part-time Telemarketer (9-3)
We are currently looking for Telemarketers to join our growing team. This is a truly exciting role for someone who is a clear, confident communicator that can engage people in conversation.
Service Desk Manager
The Technical Support Manager is an integral part of the Management Team and has responsibility for the management of the Service Operations department. The role will combine the need to lead the team, as well as mentor and develop the team to deliver a high quality service to our customers.
The Software Developer is responsible for working on internal and external projects typically lasting up to 6 months.The Software Developer will be expected to work independently on projects, as well as part of team where appropriate.
2nd Line Service Desk
We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to remotely support a wide number of our customers via the telephone and remote management. Offering excellent and prompt customer service and representing TMCS in a professional and courteous manner.
Telemarketer / Internal Sales Exec
We are currently looking for Telemarketers to join our growing team. This is a truly exciting role for someone who is looking to take the next step in their sales career and enjoys engaging with businesses on a regular basis.
