Our itBusinessCare Packages

itBusinessCare is our name for our 5 IT Support Packages. Whatever size organisation you are, itBusinessCare offers you monitoring, management, and administration of your IT infrastructure.

This complete 24/7 support service enables you to have peace of mind. Our systems are monitored, updates are applied and a highly trained Taylor Made engineer is available whenever you need support. All of your IT systems (from the network to every device) are proactively managed and monitored by our dedicated Managed Services team. This enables the most proactive of support services to be provided, resolving issues before you are even aware of them, all for a fixed monthly fee.

Taylor Made and Peach’s itBusinessCare 365 is a complete Office 365 bundle with inclusive security, backup and, support.

This service is intended for small business up to 25 users.

Taylor Made and Peach’s itBusinessCare Monitoring service is intended for customers who want the benefits of a monitoring solution that proactively warns them about issues relating to their environment, without the cost of investing in and maintaining such a solution themselves. The solution is suitable for clients who have their own in-house IT team.
Taylor Made and Peach’s itBusinessCare service provides an all-encompassing support service, only excluding onsite support. 

This service includes remote management of the customer’s environment, whether it is hosted in Taylor Made’s secure data centre, another data centre, or is based on premises.

This service is intended for businesses with 20 users and above and best suits customers who do not have any IT staff in house, or want their IT staff to concentrate on project work rather than day-to-day end-user support.

Taylor Made and Peach’s itBusinessCare Advanced offering is the complete IT management service. It provides full Service-Desk remote and on-site support via field engineering.

The service includes management of the customer’s environment, whether it is hosted in Taylor Made’s secure data centre, another data centre, or is based on premises. 

All IT systems – from the network to every device – will be managed and monitored remotely by the itBusinessCare team. This enables the most proactive of support services to be provided, resolving issues before you are even aware of them. 

Taylor Made and Peach’s itBusinessCare Outsourced offering is an enhancement of our Advanced service and provides an all-encompassing support service including an onsite engineer, or team of engineers who will manage and maintain your IT systems.

The service includes a complementary product set covering data security, remote monitoring and, strategic planning.
